FULL-CARE Board: 

2 options: 

1. 50x75 private dry gravel paddocks with a shelter.  (option for shared paddock)(bedding in shelters pending)

2. 12x12 bedded stalls with large dry gravel runs, and covered patio (field turn-out pending)

Included in full-care board: 

Daily cleaning

Caregiver lives onsite with Night checks

24/7 access to hay with slow graze feeding nets

Hay: 1st cutting local grass, local orchard, Timothy and Alfalfa (choose a combo)

Pellets/Supplements provided: Horse Guard mineral/vitamin supplement, Vitamin E, 1-2 Tablespoons lose salt daily, Choice of: Albers Special, Rice Bran or Grass pellets.  Any additional grains/supplements desired must be provided by owner.

Indoor arena: 70x180 

Outdoor Arena: 100x200

Hack out options into the pasture which include hill conditioning opportunities. 

Pasture turn-out - individual and group turn-outs pending

Blankets/Fly masks on and off

Wash stall

Heated/AC lounge

Enclosed tackroom (pending climate control for winter)
